JESCA GONDE was born on 27th of november 1994 in Shinyanga region. She graduated from Rosmini Secondary School located in Tanga region near saruji cement company, recently the school is named Rosmini High School. She later join Kandoto Science Secondary School for high school studies where she took PCM combination, the school is located at Same, kilimanjaro Tanzania. She was among the few students chosen to join JKT after graduating form six. She joined Rwamkoma 822kj located at Musoma in Mara region.

Jesca Gonde joined St. Augustine university of Tanzania at Mwanza campus in Tanzaniawhere she took bachelor of science in civil engineering.
