New to Wikipedia contributions. Still figuring out the interface of this side of Wikipedia. I need help with /info/en/?search=Draft:Roy_E._Brownell_II

What is the best format right now im floating the whole article right. Is there a most common preferred format for wiki articles? Is there anything else negatively affecting tone in article? Goal was to tie together a Wikipedia article the subject was referenced in and Common Cause v Biden. I left one out because of some overlap with line item subject. What is the best and correct method to obtain and submit a photograph to use in the draft. Am I over referencing a sentence in scholarly and professional career section? I believe my references are formatted correctly. They are diverse set of references.
