Joseph Mansfield (born Joseph Anthony Mansfield)(popularly known as Jo-Z or Joseph Anthony, born 2 May, 1990) is a senior at West Carteret High School with his eyes set on majoring in acting at East Carolina University. His friends and often, other people, know him as Jo-Z. He usually carries himself as a person who doesn't care what other people think and he likes to be crazy and have a good time.
Joseph was always the one to stick out in the crowd. He was born in Reidsville, North Carolina and moved to Newport, North Carolina when he was 2 years old. His parents, Dana and Mitchell had been through rough times, having 3 children, and their differences. The kids were never abused in their quarrels and they had to grow up fast. When Joseph was 11, his parents divorced and his family, except for his dad, moved in to his Grandparent's house. After that mishap, Joseph had moved around different residents in the small town of Newport. When he hit middle school, he knew nobody. There, he met his best friend, Zachary Morris. They have grown through their adolescence together and still are best friends. Now, Joseph is a senior at West Carteret High School and plans to attend East Carolina University after graduating.
Ever since Lindsay Lohan starred in Freaky Friday, he has had a sort-of obsession with her. It's really like a little boy crush, but maybe more. He owns all her dvds and has posters on his wall of her. Who knows if this crush will die down in the future.. or not.
Not much to say on Zac Efron, but Joseph has recently seen him as a new interest since he starred in the 2007 movie, Hairspray.
Joseph is a rather HUGE movie fan. DVDs is where most of his money goes. He owns more than 200 of them and enjoys each and every one of them.
Music is probably his biggest interest of all. He enjoys music very much and does not go a day without it. Constantly singing and dancing to it, he's non-stop jammin'.
Joseph first got his ear pierced in 1st grade. It fell out about 2 years later, and never replaced it. He reopened it in 9th grade. He got his nipples pierced in 10th grade for his 16th birthday present from his father. His mother has had influence on his fascination with piercings, she has quite a many. Joseph has both his ears pierced too.
Joseph loves tattoos. He got his first tattoo when he was 16. It is inside his lip. The word "Jo-Z" is printed.
