Overhaul of all lists of painters

• Status: In progress
• Description: As described in Talk:List_of_painters_by_name#Proposal_for_Complete_Overhaul: to create a main list with four sublists: (painters by name), (painters by country), (painters by movement), (painters by century). As well as to clean up the current lists by changing the entries to a standard form.

• Update (11/12/05): Added categories (famous painters) & (painters by style); (painters by name has been cleaned up, requires further attention however; master list at Lists of painters
