Diana Pho is a costumer, writer and editor for Tor Books; and nominee for the Nebula and multiple Hugo awards.
Pho was born on May 14, 1985 and is a native of Massachusets. She has a double Bachelor’s degree in English and Russian Literature from Mount Holyoke College in 2007 [1] and a Master’s in Performance Studies from New York University. [2]
She began participating in Science Fiction fandom as a teenager, writing fan fiction. She went on to write social and political commentary regarding Steampunk [3] [4] before taking a position at Tor Books.
Pho was nominated for Hugo Award for Best Professional Editor, Long Form in 2018 [5] and 2019 [6]. Books she’s edited that received awards include Steeplejack (Thriller Award for Best Young Adult), the Ditmar Award (Crossroads of Canopy, for Best Novel)
