Losant IoT (formerly Structure IoT) is a Cincinnati-based
Internet of Things company focused on building connections between disparate data, devices, and technology. The company's software platform allows users to collect information from a wide variety of
smart devices and enable those devices to communicate and interact with each other.
Losant was founded in October of 2015 by Charlie Key and Brandon Cannaday. The two entrepreneurs previously co-founded Modulus, a Node.js and MongoDB cloud platform acquired by Progress Software in 2014. [1]
