I edit on Wikipedia sub nom Granitic. No reason for the name except that that was what came into my head at the right moment. Divine inspiration or folly?

I have written only two articles so far. The first was Yana (singer), a subject I chose almost at random, having noticed that there was nothing about this once-famous singing star on Wikipedia (and little elsewhere); I needed to start creating on Wikipedia with something, so chose Yana. The second article written was on the Astor Club, a significant little bit of British postwar (i.e. 1945-1965 or so) social, show business and criminal history.
