There are a number of musical festivals around the world which allow gifted classical young musicians an opportunity to develop their talent in a great musical environment while providing full scholarship and fellowship.

Since 1947 the Music Academy of the West has fostered a uniquely joyful engagement with music. Each June 140 gifted young classical singers and instrumentalists, selected entirely for their talent, gather for eight weeks in Santa Barbara to study and make music with illustrious guest artists, conductors, and faculty – all to the delight of participating audiences.

The Aspen Music Festival and School is a high-level, nine-week long summer festival for musicians ages 8 to 68, from 39 countries all around the world. Situated in the beautiful town of Aspen, Colorado, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, it offers more than 200 musical events during the nine weeks. There are individual lessons, chamber music, orchestra, and extras including conducting.

The Atlantic Music Festival is a classical music festival held every summer in Waterville, Maine, USA. During the six-week event, the festival presents internationally renowned artists as well as performances by resident orchestra and its members. The festival is offering Artist Residency Program which provides complete financial coverage for tuition, room, and three meals per day during the six weeks of festival


Bowdoin International Music Festival [11]

Bowdoin is a prestigious six-week long music festival, and while it's not a part of the Bowdoin college, it takes place on its beautiful campus. More than 250 musicians ages 12 to 42 come from around the world to Bowdoin every year
