Kingsport Speedway is a 0.375 mile concrete oval race track in Kingsport, Tennessee. It opened in 1965 and has featured several different configurations. In 1984 J.D. Stacy purchased the track and converted it back to dirt. The track hosted the NASCAR Cup Series from 1969 to 1971. In 2002, the track closed and hosted only three events until it was reopened in 2011 by Robert Pressley.
