KISMUR -

Kismur is a goan dish mde in the Saraswat Brahmin households of Goa, the coastal state of India. It is made up of dried fish. In Goa, dried fish is generally cooked whenever fresh fish is unavailable. During Monsoon, fish is scanty and that’s when dried fish comes into use.
