CHOCOLAT ( French spelling for chocolate) is a specialty chocolate cake shop and cafe located at the Mall of Asia, a shopping mall facing Manila Bay owned by SM Prime Holdings, Inc., a Henry Sy, Sr. company. The mall complex is located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Chocolat is known for its signature deep dark chocolate cakes.

Chocolat first opened in February 14, 2003 in the Manila suburb of Diliman, Quezon City (site of the University of the Philippines). After six months they transferred to the nearby college town of Loyola Heights (site of Jesuit-run Ateneo de Manila University and Miriam College). In September 2005, Chocolat was invited by SM Prime to set up a shop at the Mall of Asia. In 2006, Chocolat opened another shop at the SM City North EDSA located at Efipanio de los Santos Avenue ( EDSA), also in Quezon City.

The cake shop and café derived its name from the 1999 novel of Joanne Harris ( Chocolat) upon which the 2000 film by Lasse HallströmChocolat (film) was based.

Death by Tablea – chocolate cake with crushed cacao from Mindanao island.

Choco Hazelnut - cake with hazelnut cream topped with choco-hazelnut cubes.

Chocolate cakes laced with liqueur - ( Kahlua coffee liqueur, Baileys cream liqueur).

Choco Carrot - dense cake made of fresh carrots and frosted with bittersweet chocolate glaze.
