Nathan Ford began his career as an insurance investigator. Upon the death of his son, which he blamed on the company that employed him, he quit his job and turned to alcoholism. He finds a new purpose in life when fate brings him together with the other members of the Leverage team and they seek to assist the downtrodden in 'getting even'.
