After creating my account on Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and on the course Dashboard, I decided to modify three articles, two in the Italian Wikipedia and one in the English Wikipedia. First, I collaborated with A1998C and we decided some parts to be added in order to improve the heritage article(s) about Rotonda di San Tomé, both in Italian and English.

The Italian article of Rotonda di San Tomé was quite complete, but it lacked a fundamental part about itineraries. So, I created a paragraph describing the two pedestrian and cycling paths surrounding the place and I also added two images taken by me and uploaded on Wikimedia Commons.

I added a short description of itineraries in the English article too, since I think this new part about itineraries is particularly useful for tourists visiting the zone.

In the English Wikipedia I also added a paragraph about capitals within the part of architecture. Then, I modified the first lines about the name in Italian and English, since they were not clear for people reading the page in English.

I participated in both discussions (Italian https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussione:Rotonda_di_San_Tom%C3%A8#Modifiche and English /info/en/?search=Talk:Rotonda_di_San_Tom%C3%A8,_Almenno_San_Bartolomeo) by replying to A1998C messages about our contribution, specifying the sections that I added.

As for the city article, I choose the article of Salamanca in the Italian Wikipedia, because it lacked some parts and it was confused. I corrected the last lines of the paragraph ‘Storia’, talking about the recognitions of the city, because they were not clear. Then, I added a paragraph about etymology, which was required in the discussion of the article, and I modified the paragraph ‘Monumenti e luoghi di interesse’, by adding/improving names and short descriptions about the most important monuments and places of the city, such as the university, which is one of the main reasons why Salamanca is famous for.

I also modified the paragraph ‘Curiosità’, removing unnecessary information, adding new information about the main events and traditions of the city, and reorganizing the content.

Finally, I added the section “bibliography”, which was missing, and I cited the official tourism website of Salamanca, which is the main source of information of the article.

I participated in the discussion of the article ( https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussione:Salamanca) by replying to the user who asked for a section about etymology, and I also described my contribution.

I contributed to OpenStreetMap with the username FedeFedy1998 ( https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/FedeFedy1998/history#map=19/40.96146/-5.66733), by adding the frog of the University of Salamanca, a symbol of the city situated on the facade of the historical university. I signalled the frog on the map as a ‘tourism attraction’.
