The theory,Levels of Belief in a Statement is that unless a Statement is verifiable by Knowledge, it cannot be called truth, law, or fact. According to this theory knowledge can be of three types: Transcendental, communal, and Individual. All statements can belong to one or more of these six categories of verifiability: Ultimate Truth, Communal Truth, Individual Truth, Individual Lies, Communal Lies, and Ultimate Lies.

Three levels of Knowledge

  • Transcedental Knowledge is the knowledge before birth plus knowledge gained after enlightenment, also called God-given knowledge. From physical world it also includes mathematics and intuitions like the capability to understand without knowing one's language; perform automatic functions etc.
  • Communal Knowledge is what a community holds to be true or the knowledge a community has. The term community can refer to neighborhood community, academic community, religious community, etc. Also called regional or local Knowledge.
  • Individual Knowledge is all the knowledge an individual knows to be true, the knowledge one has from birth and gained until death. Also called single perspective Knowledge.

Six levels of Verifiability

  • Ultimate Truth is what any enlightened holds to be true according to the knowledge it has. (Note: No human can be all knowing)
  • Communal Truth is what a community holds to be true according to the knowledge it has.
  • Individual Truth is what an individual holds to be True according to the knowledge it has.
  • Individual Lies is what an individual holds to be false according to the knowledge it has.
  • communal Lies is what a community holds to be false according to the knowledge it has.
  • ultimate Lies is what all enlightened holds to be false according to the knowledge it has.
