Encounters South African International Documentary Festival

The Encounters South African International Documentary Festival (Encounters) is the oldest and one of only a few on the African continent solely dedicated to the genre. Since its inception 14 years ago, the Festival has successfully advanced the currency of documentaries in the country and region.
