The lead contains a good summary of the content covered in the article but could be updated to include the new content you added. The content you added was very relevant to the debate over the extent of Toltec influence and offered multiple views on the topic. It could be helpful to know which of the views you mentioned aligns most with current thought or if a consensus has not been reached favoring one over the other.
Sources seem good overall with a diversity of viewpoints being represented, though many of the sources listed do seem outdated and could be supplemented with more recent literature. Overall organization of the article seemed good.
Overall, the article seems to have a very narrow focus on Aztec myths and percepts of the Toltecs. I think more background on information in the article would be very helpful as I found it confusing to try to uncover much information about any specific aspects of Toltec society based on what is there currently. The debate about the importance and influence of the Toltecs and the how to interpret Aztec myths of them was very interesting and is certainly important but I think expanding the scope of the article beyond this would be very beneficial. This could involve looking at where information regarding Toltec society comes from other than just in accounts from the Aztecs.
