Şair Beykes oglu Aslanov (15.06.1957) was born in Uzunmesha village, Guba district. He graduated from the construction institute and worked as a road engineer.
Later, he worked as a chief engineer in the Azeravtoyol department and later as a branch manager of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated June 22, 2022, he was awarded the medal "For distinction in public service".
