Eds Pascobillo Seroy,, ^[1] also known as EDS SEROY (born 26 September 1988) in Philippine General Hospital (PGH), Metro Manila, Philippines, is a Filipino Account Officer, Psychologist, Host, Florist, and Businessman.

Edgardo Pascobillo Seroy was born in Philippine General Hospital (PGH) Metro Manila, Philippines on September 26, 1988. He is second child of Meralco Personnel Edgardo Balanghid Seroy and wife Lucia Omega Pascobillo Seroy.

He studied in Don Juan Sumulong and Unification Theological Seminary- Asia before entering ICCT College where he became a Prisedent of Psychology Council.

On May 2011, Eds graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Seroy, work as a service crew at Wendys Antipolo Branch from August 2005 up to June 2006 and Greenwich Antipolo Branch since October 2006 to March 2007. He also work as administrative Crew at Jollibee Emerald, Ortigas Pasig, City from November 2007 to April 2008. He underwent On-the-job Training at the office of City Social Welfare and Development (SCWD) from February 2011 to March 2011. His first ever job after he graduated in college was Administrative Officer/ HR Assistant in a Construction Firm and Sales Representative in a Advertising Company. November 2012 he started working as Account Officer at Rodriguez Rural Bank Inc. up to present. He is the owner of "The Event Project".

Year 2003 he became active in Tong Il Mo Doo, Year 2008 he became Youth Leader and Youth Volunteer for Liberal Party.
