I picture the credits guy hear's "mick" and doesn't seem familiar enough with names that end in " m:mack" to guess that this is one. a correct spelling was assumed by the speaker? or by the credits guy/listener? obviously there's a spellcheck step in there somewhere. was it skipped? was this misspelling let through intentionally or simply missed? who really cares when you really think about it, dough.
