Support - Dear lord, that's a huge level of support! Anyway, J.delanoy does an extraordinary job battling vandalism, and his experience there has apparently exposed him to many, many sockpuppet vandals. If he can successfully apply his anti-vandalism prowess to his CheckUser abilities, then he should be one of the best CheckUsers we've had in a long time.
Strong support - Surprising he isn't a CheckUser already. Tiptoety is one of our best clerks at SPI and ArbCom (and probably our best to be active in both areas). His excellent performance as a clerk for both ArbCom and SPI shows me that Tiptoety will make an excellent CheckUser.
Strong support - The average user should see Avi's name all over the place. In his excellent work as an administrator, bureaucrat, and CheckUser, I'm confident he'll do great with Oversight.
Support - I'm more used to involving the name "Happy-melon" with the more technical aspects of Wikipedia, though his overall Wikipedia experience and his familiarity with Oversight-related policies gives me confidence that he will do a good job with Oversight abilities.
Weak oppose, strong regret. I have huge respect for Lara as an admin, and her experience inspires confidence in me. The fact that she says she's burnt out? Not so much, sorry. The allegations that personal experiences may get in the way of neutrality are also concerning.
Support mainly based on previous interactions. In most of my interactions with SoWhy, he kindly alerted me about some sort of mistake I made. He has always been detailed and shown good judgment when alerting me. Based on these interactions, coupled with his CSD work and good judgment in other areas, I fully trust SoWhy with the Oversight buttons.
Oppose - I'm sorry Stifle, I have great respect for you as an admin, but I don't think you're ready for Oversight just yet. I definitely see the capability in you, though, so maybe in the future I'll support. Cheers!
Strong support - I thought he had Oversight for good! He's done an excellent job with the Oversight buttons, so I see no reason not to let him have them for the long run.
