The 1985 IFMAR 1:10 Electric Off-Road World Championship was the 1st edition of the biennial IFMAR 1:10 Electric Off-Road World Championship for 1:10 radio-controlled off-road buggies sanctioned by the International Federation of Model Auto Racing (IFMAR) to be run over two separate classes over [total] days on [start] through [end] [month] with each class running for [total] days each in total.

The [championships] was organized by the organizer on behalf of [sanctioning body 2] and hosted by Ranch Pit Shop in Pomona, California. The Stock and Unlimited class was won by Team Associateds Jay Halsey and Gil Losi, Jr. of the United States. In the [NC2 class] class was won by [NC2 team]s of the [NC2 country].

Paul Dionne's 3rd place finish in the Unlimited class, marked the only time a Canadian would finish in the podium in 1:10 Off-Road class until 2013, when Ty Tessmann finished 3rd in the 4WD class (Tessmannn finished 2nd at 1:8 Off-Road in 2012)
