PBR Bull of the Year/World Champion Bull (1 per year since 1995)[10]
PRCA notables (for example Crystal Deal 2015 Bucking Bull of the Year, had one of the highest averages of the season, higher than PBR World Champion Long John that year. Was mentioned as one of two picks for the Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential Animals for 2016. Long John won (Long John would qualify under PBR World Champs).[11][12]
PBR notables (for example) Sometimes a notable bull's career is cut short due to injury or other reason. Case in point - Mick E. Mouse who was unridden in 40 outs at all levels, was a shoe-in to win champ in 2015 but contracted cancer and was put down in 9/2015. Still ranks #1 on the Power list in probullstats.com. A huge fan favorite. Also, one that you, me and WAF might find interesting to add to Wikipedia because he was raised and run by a woman, the only woman to run a top ten ranked bucking bull, and she raised horses too. Works as a veterinary assistant. Here's her story about breaking into the "good ole boys" club.

PBR notables (another example) Or Air Time who still has not won the world champion bull due to bad luck (such as getting his horn stuck in the gate). Still, legendary bull rider Adriano Moraes and others just called him one of the greatest bulls ever. “If the guys are doubting that Air Time is good,” three-time World Champion
Adriano Moraes said, “I don’t know what they are thinking. I consider him one of the best ever.” If the title were still being determined by cowboy vote, he would have probably would have won in 2015 and definitely would have won in 2016. PBR just published an article and aired a one hour television special of their top 10 rankest PBR bulls of all time, now that's a good list to look at, several bulls on the list are Brand of Honor bulls already, add in Air Time, Big Bucks, Hammer, and Asteroid and you have 10.[14]
PBR 2015 World Champion Bull
Long John. Also on Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential's Animals of the Year. Placed right at #50. Long John just passed away on 2/21/2017 from a stomach issue. The attention of several vets could not save him, the issue was just too severe. Long John was one of 3 bulls in 2016 who tied for World Champion Bull in 2016. His brother, Bruiser had the highest season average, which is what they used to break the tie. Created article.
