This template is used by the List of Slipknot songs article to standardize and simplify the table markup.

Parameters

• song – the name of the song; use wiki-linked form if an article exists: song="[[Left Behind (song)|Left Behind]]"
• year – the year the song was recorded
• album – (optional) the "canon" album on which the song was first released; use wiki-linked form: album="[[All Hope Is Gone]]"
• writer – the primary writer of the song following the rules described in the article: writer=Slipknot
• uk – (optional) the peak UK chart position
• us – (optional) the peak US chart position
• notes – (optional) notes, if necessary
