Hello everyone, I am a 23-year old male living in
Edmonton,
Alberta,
Canada, and pretty gosh darn proud of being Canadian.
I'm a self-admitted
Blizzard fanboy, who logically plays
World of Warcraft, and can't wait for
Starcraft II and
Diablo III to come out.
Wrath can't come soon enough. And, after 15 hours of trying, I am going to
BlizzCon 2008!
Spore looks to be full of win. With
Will Wright, it's hard to go wrong, as with
Sid Meier.
I own a
Xbox 360, but don't have nearly enough games for it. I'm getting better at Hard mode for
Guitar Hero III, but not nearly as good as my
cousin.
Soul Calibur IV is good, but I don't play it enough to get better at it.
I like
Rock Music, and the radio station I listen to most is
SONiC 102.9 FM.
Garner Andrews truly should be the
President of Alberta.
I miss you,
Five Iron Frenzy and
dc Talk.
The Bravery,
System of a Down,
Green Day,
The Offspring, and
Billy Talent are among the many bands that I enjoy.
Favourite
TV show right now is
Iron Chef America, and I'd really like to eat in one of the
Iron Chefs' restaurants... but I have a nagging feeling I wouldn't be able to afford it.
Iron Man has been my favourite movie of the 2008 year so far, but I'm sure that once I see
The Dark Knight, that will overtake it. I also enjoyed
Prince Caspian,
Kung Fu Panda,
WALL-E, and
Get Smart.
I'm a huge
Edmonton Oilers fan. The
Cup belongs somewhere that it actually snows. It doesn't matter how much the team may not be doing well in a year, I'll always be a fan.
In the
CFL, I'll never stop cheering for the
Edmonton Eskimos. Hopefully we'll get back to the good ol' days when we win more often,
eh?
The
Summer Olympics really aren't Canada's forté. So long as we clean up at the
Winter Olympics, I'm happy. It certainly helps that it's on
Canadian soil for
2010.
I've contributed
some content so far to
Wikipedia. Since I live in, and grew up in Edmonton, I tend to contribute to articles related to the area more than others. You'll also notice a trend that I focus on my interests - fancy that,
eh?
Articles I'm proud of helping/starting/fixing/expanding in a semi-significant way:
Yes, I realize I have way too many userboxes.
