Lead

Lead evaluation

The information was added to the Lead section of the article. The introductory sentence in the lead concisely explains the articles topic. The article is not formatted in major sections and therefore does not require descriptions for them. The lead represents the majority of the article so the information provided is not present anywhere else in the article. The lead could potentially be broken down into sections which would reduce the bulk of it and reduce the need to bloat it with information.

Content

Content evaluation

The content that was added was completely relevant to the topic. The source that was used was extremely dated, but given the nature of the topic, older sources are not likely to be out of date and are still relevant. There appears to be some content missing, at the very least a single picture would be useful, but it appears that the content that is there is all relevant.

Tone and balance evaluation

The added content is neutral, and are not biased towards any particular position. no viewpoints are over or under represented and does not attempt to persuade the reader towards any postion.

The new content is backed up by a reliable secondary source. It appears as though that the added source is thorough, as it supports the content fairly well. The sources are not especially current but that does not mean that the information provided by them is unreliable. The links that were checked seem to work.
