The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis (colloquially referred to as "The Rep") is a non-profit live, professional theatre company based in Webster Groves, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis.

The Professional Theatre Awards Council, presenters of the Kevin Kline Awards which celebrate excellence in St. Louis professional theatre, have regularly recognized productions and artists at The Rep with nominations and awards. Since the inception of the Kline Awards in 2006, the theatre has been honored with a total of 136 nominations and 38 awards, the most of any St. Louis-area theatre company.
