User added sufficient information that helps the article be more informative, while using clear full sentences that flow. I just find this a bit wordy
Contrary to popular belief, the earth is not entirely spherical but instead generally exhibits an ellipsoid shape- which is a result of the centrifugal forces the planet generates due to its' constant motion
Personally i would say Contrary to popular belief, the earth is not entirely spherical but instead generally exhibits an ellipsoid shape. This is a result of the centrifugal forces the planet generates due to its' constant motion
The material edited has been written into organized paragraphs that separates the elements of the article that belong together, for example the studies of Sir Issac Newton was included in the history section of the article rather than the remote sensing section. The structure enhances the clarity of the article and helps the reader learn, rather than having to figure out the article.
User contributed to multiple sections of the article adding substantial new information ranging from the history of geophysics as well as the Earth's ellipsoid shape. There are many sections of this article to contribute to so i'd suggest looking at some more sub headings, especially since the content worked on has been great so far! The signal processing paragraph only has two sources, looking into more would be great.
A neutral but factual tone was used to help people learn about geophysics. No specific view is trying to be made, only that of science. Straight clear voice that is aimed at telling the viewer about geophysics and its supplementary information, remote sensing, earth shape, etc...
Lots of sources were used and cited correctly to help back up the information but some of the citation parameters are incorrect for #5. Citations are provided when needed, i don't think any are missing at the time of reviewing.
I believe there is a small grammatical error, don't know if the "the" is supposed to be there.
Exploration geophysics is a branch of applied geophysics that involves the development and utilization of different seismic or electromagnetic methods which the aim of investigating different energy, mineral and water resources.
I think its a great job so far, keep working!
