Suleiman Ismail Bolaleh, is a Somaliland human rights defender and anti corruption campaigner. In 1994 he founded the oldest and leading human rights advocacy organization in in Somaliland/ Somalia called "Horn of Africa Human Rights Watch Committee better known widely as 'HORN-WATCH". Horn-Watch become instrumental in the promotion and protection of human rights and democracy. Mona Rishwami, the first independent human rights expert appointed by UN Secretary General mentioned Horn-Watch NGO in her REPORT submitted to UN security and social council.
