- Reason: A foundation was in fact not formed but rather a commitment was made to eventually form a foundation in the case that Canonical Ltd becomes defunct. This article incorrectly asserts a foundation exists and is governed by the Ubuntu Community Council, Technical Board and Shuttleworth which is false and easily verifiable.
