Differences compared to Template:Largest cities

This is not meant to be used as a navbox; it is meant to be used in article bodies and show up on mobile devices.
No images are allowed. This is to keep layout friendly for narrow screens (e.g. mobile devices, which are ~50 of reader traffic). Small images are not considered accessible by featured article standards anyway.
No county or province names are allowed. This is to make it easy to tell which entities are being ranked and quantified with population.
This can be used to rank anything, not limited to geographic locations.

Parameters:

table_title - put citation here if there is no fine_print. Good practice is to link to full list article, e.g. [[List of cities in Chile|Largest cities in Chile]]
fine_print - displayed below table title, put one-line clarifying notes and citation here
column_1_header - e.g. "City or town", "Municipality", "Metro area"
column_2_header - e.g. "Population"

Include link and footnote markup in the parameter values as needed.
