Reason: Unsourced, ill-defined. Nothing this purports to cover is not already covered by other articles. Some/most of creator's other contributions appear to be related COI/spam.

File:RationalWiki Main Page.png. "Filemover" declined rename request because they believed the date was an integral part of the filename. This is obviously nonsense which could result in countless redundant files - lots of files get updated on a regular basis and a date in the filename becomes confusing/unworkable/redundant. Anyway, this file is no longer useful.
Reason: Poorly sourced, ill defined list which is often little more than a spam magnet.
Category:School boards in India exists and probably better serves any "purpose" the list might have. See also

Reason: unused and unlikely to be used - reflects an outdated,
fringe theory and is not
WP:NPOV (and not contextualised as fringe/non-NPOV). Also lacks any reference to
reliable sources

c:File:Cent Browser logo.svg. Can't CSD because not "same format". No foreseeable use for this file that is not better served by the svg.
Reason: I don't see any sourced indication that this is the "official" logo of a political party - it appears to be a rather poorly drawn, user-generated item. Linked Facebook page contains no indication that it is an "official" page of a political party. I'm therefore struggling to see its encyclopedic value.
Reason: I can find no examples of this design as the "official" flag of any political party. It appears to be user-created based on nothing I can find. The file is unused, and, without some indication of where the design came from, not of any encyclopedic use.
