Andy Cholerton is a pianist and keyboard player, composer and arranger. He is much sought after in the field of jazz and latin music, appearing regularly at jazz venues all around the North of England and particularly around yorkshire, Leeds, Harrogate, York, Sheffield, Huddersfield and Hull.

Andy was born in Derby in 1966 and from an early age showed musical ability playing recorder and mouth organ almost without thinking. It wasn't untill he was 13 however until his parents were able to afford to buy his first proper instrument, a two manual with pedals Yamaha Electronic Organ. He had a few lessons from a man who didn't really know much more than he did but then, under his own steam, started learning tunes - largely showtunesand pop tunes from buskers books - which goes some way to account for his phoenominal knowledge of melodies and their associated harmony.
