I'm generally felt to be a fairly decent user.[citation needed] But I'm not perfect. Here's some examples of where one or more of my contributions was somewhat less than perfect. If you see another one, feel free to add it to a relevant section. But make sure it's funny and not too degrading...

To get in to this section, the mistake needs to be more than a simple typo, as these can happen to anyone.[citation needed] A broken redirect, accidental redlink or something particularly funny is a good starting point.
A
pair of
edits that inspired the title of this section.
A bit earlier on, I accidentally
cut a sentence in half while removing outdated info. Seven months and seventeen edits later, no-one had noticed, so I ended up

Ignore for a minute that
this isn't exactly the strongest RfA oppose ever and just look at the formatting. Why I put a bullet point rather than a hash before it? I still don't know.
Fixed quickly enough, and the candidate passed anyway.
Redirecting an unsourced

Not even going to suggest how big a lapse in concentration
this must have required. To be fair, I had been making a lot of talk page edits on the same day... not very convincing, is it?
This was a correct removal of a footballer who hadn't joined the relevant club yet. But it certainly wasn't "rubbish". So I tried to fix it by
reverting myself, which was fairly stupid in its own right.
