AnonLoader allows anons (visitors who aren't logged in) to load gadgets. Must be installed as a default gadget to work, see source for instructions.
AnonLoader typically adds ~3K to MediaWikiModuleStore and immediately exits for logged-in users. In other words, it's very cheap.
The word "Gadgets" for the menu entry is automatically obtained from MediaWiki:prefs-gadgets so there is no need for translation of this gadget. For example, in German the menu entry is named "Helferlein".
