I am a new Wikipedia editor, and my purpose for being here is twofold in that I am enrolled in a class which mandates it and that I would like to make contributions to the world's largest free public information website. I have very limited experience with actually editing articles, but I do have experience in identifying what makes a good or bad article.
As someone who has spent quite a bit of time as a user of the site for information purposes, I have seen pages with flaws and feel that my keen eye can lend itself to a contribution that leads to valuable changes.
I enrolled in COM 300 under Dr. Griffin, who inspired me to create my own Wikipedia account, and hope to make impacts on the site as soon as possible.
