there are fourteen core barbecue states (as stated by wikipedia page under “barbecue region” yet only 8 with tabs mentioned in “regional style.” Some of the entries for states/cities under “regional style” don't even have a lot of information under them. I will look into adding more information here about what differentiates each area’s barbecue style and the origin of each tradition.
Maybe I’ll add mentions of famous barbecue chefs/restaurants under some of the states.
add more in depth description of Missouri barbecue…theres a lot of people around me who would know a great deal about Missouri’s barbecue history and the places that define it’s distinct flavor.
