Social Identity v/s Work Identity

In this fast world everyone is rushing behind money and fame which is earned only by a person’s work. A person can earn fame on basis of his work. Though the reality is that in our country social identity is being given more preference. In the name of religion some folks continuously keep on doing some or the other nuisance. Does their religion allow them to do violence? [2] [2]Why a man is labeled as women when he decides to shift to his wife’s home after marriage? Why a man is called to be women when he does some household work? When a man selects that he wants to make his career in modeling than also he is been negatively trolled. Though nowadays women empowerment is much needed while overall empowerment is also needed equally. To uplift women it is not needed to bring down men, equality must be the prime requirement. [3] [3]
