In my opinion and to the best of my judgment, I believe that the image itself is not advertising. It does not display the name of a specific company, brand or product. We can move the image to another name, and slightly edit its description, to remove the company name “פיסגה„ ("pisga"= summit), or at least prevent it from being highlighted.
Moreover, it can be used in articles that contain information about the mobility of people with physical disabilities, and contribute to them visually.
Therefore, if there are advertising edits that make use of it, we can & should handle them regardless of the existence of this image (I`m of course ready to help with this🙂). מקף⁻ ‽ (Hyphen) 16:56, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

{{weak keep}}: We have almost no pictures of domestic outdoor stairlifts like this in Category:Stair lifts, so I think it's well within scope. However, the resolution is rather low which makes it less useful and makes me suspicious about the claim of "own work". -- bjh21 ( talk) 17:28, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

In terms of copyright: In my opinion it is quite likely that the was allowed to upload the image, because the description of the image was indeed advertising, in a way that suits a company employee. מקף⁻ ‽–(Hyphen) 17:39, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
