Urapakkam is a southern suburb of Chennai in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. [1] It is in Kanchipuram district. This suburb lies in close proximity to Potheri, Guduvancheri, Raj Bhavan, Tambaram, and Chitalapakkam, thus acting as a connecting hub. Urapakkam is a growing residential and commercial hub. It offers a rich cultural heritage showcased by ancient temples.
