Tup Qarah Rural District ( Persian: دهستان توپقره) is in Do Tappeh District of Khodabandeh County, Zanjan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Tup Qarah, [2] whose population at the time of the 2016 National Census was 890 in 277 households. [3]
In 2019, Howmeh Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Do Tappeh District, which was divided into two rural districts including the new Tup Qarah Rural District. [2]
