Clarence Earl "Toar" Springstein (December 11, 1918 [1] – April 10, 1987) was a Canadian football player who played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. [2] [3] In 1990, he was included on the Roughriders' Plaza of Honour. [4] [5]
