Timothy Patrick McGuire [1] (born July 19, 1965) [2] is a retired United States Army major general who last served as the Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Installation Management Command from August 2018 to June 2021. McGuire is a 1987 graduate of the United States Military Academy [1] with a B.S. degree in diplomatic and strategic history. He later earned a master's degree in international relations from the University of Chile and a second master's degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College. [8]
