Tim Simonec (born June 11, 1951) is a composer, orchestrator, conductor, and arranger. [1] [2] He is known for work in film and TV series such as the production of the soundtrack for Whiplash (2014) [3] and conducting the orchestra for Zootopia, [4] Lost, [5] [6] and The Incredibles. [7] He is also known for scoring the video games The Incredibles and Ratatouille. He won the award for Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement in 2009 with Michael Giacchino. [8] [9]
