Synopsis
A criminal psychologist ( Deng Chao) and a forensic fingerprint expert ( Cecilia Liu) work together to track down a serial killer ( Ethan Juan) who targets people who have been acquitted of notable crimes and uses their guilt as his modus operandi. [6]
