Inclusion of non-independent kingdoms
I think (and Heralder agreed) we don't really need all the non-independent kingdoms, which were really administrative divisions. The template gets cluttered.

If so then I am removing the Banu Qasi - it was not an independent state, but rather a powerful regional family that sometimes controlled the
Upper March of the Emirate of Cordoba.
