Removed this from the list of State Forests. All properties designated as "State Forests" are operated by the NC Division of Forest Resources (under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources). Goodwin is managed by the NCSU Forestry School. Savagemutt ( talk) 01:06, 23 October 2009 (UTC)
Is there any reason to include the words "State Park" or "State Recreation Area" for each name? Most nav boxes omit these kind of repeated words for brevity (i.e. Townships in county nav boxes, or see {{ Protected Areas of Pennsylvania}})? Ruhrfisch 13:42, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Do you guys think it would be good to add the Historic Sites to this infobox? Historic Sites I was trying to think if I should add it to this one, or create it's own InfoBox for Historic Sites. Zanter 12:48, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Template:Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and Template:Protected Areas of Pennsylvania I think we should be them seperate. I don't know much about the NC historic sites, but many of them may simply be buildings and little else, not really park. Dincher 20:13, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
I've been thinking about this issue for awhile, and I've come to the conclusion that some, but not all, of the State Historic Sites should be added to the infobox. My rational is as follows:
Therefore, I'm going to be bold and add all the State Historic Sites which are components of the State Nature and Historic Preserve. – Sparkgap ( talk) 04:32, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
