Torres Strait Creole
My source, Pidgins and Creoles (1994), has Torres Strait Creole under "Australia" rather than "Mid-Pacific". Dunno why Queensland Kanaka English is treated differently though. --

Yeah, I struggled with this too. But I thought since it's so close linguistically and geographically to, say Tok Pisin and other Melanesian Creoles, it couldn't hurt to be on this template. –
