I don't understand the usage.
What is the "note" parameter supposed to have as its value? It's not necessarily the name of a template.
Is the "note" parameter mandatory?
Is the "cat" parameter supposed to be for the name of a category? Can something other than a category or in additon to a category (i.e., multiple categories and/or something else) be the value and, if so, what can the value be? If a category/ies is/are allowed, which category/ies?
Is the "cat" parameter optional?
If anyone can clarify the documentation, please do.

Get rid of the light gray text, dammit! Use of low-contrast text has become "stylish" on the Web in recent years, but Web page design experts (and my eyes) say it is bad practice.
