Spouses in parentheses
Someone familiar with what's going on here can tell that its the spouse. But someone totally unfamiliar with the subject may think that "Donika" was somehow Skanderbeg's other name, as parentheses are often used that way in English. It should be clearly spelled out that parentheses mean spouse, somewhere. --
