Presidential elections

The template (and as on other election templates) is for Hungarian elections, not "Popular Hungarian elections." This is the election of a head of state and as per the German elections too, the requisite details exist enough to warrant placement Lihaas ( talk) 15:16, 30 June 2010 (UTC) reply

Other election templates of this type do not contain non-public elections, and for these there are separate templates, e.g. {{ German presidential elections}}, {{ Turkish presidential elections}}, {{ Israeli presidential elections}}. пﮟოьεԻ 5 7 15:31, 30 June 2010 (UTC) reply
The other templates have the requisite pages. Right now we only have 1. No point doubling up template after template for the sake of it.
At any rate, there is no mandate that the template cant include such an election. Lihaas ( talk) 15:42, 30 June 2010 (UTC) reply
The problem is that these are not "elections" as such, but rather parliamentary votes. I don't see the difficulty in creating a new template if someone has a list of all the years presidents were chosen by parliament in. пﮟოьεԻ 5 7 08:06, 1 July 2010 (UTC) reply

Austria-Hungary
